Return/Exchange/Refund Policy
At For George PTY LTD, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. If you need to return or exchange an item, we're here to assist.
Refund/Exchange Guarantee:
- You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, returned in their original packaging.
- To initiate a return, contact our Support Team at support@forgeorge.com.au for a Return Authorisation Number and return instructions.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exemptions:
- Certain items, including made-to-order accessories, tags, are non-returnable unless defective.
Damaged Items:
- If your item arrives damaged, please send photos to our Support Desk for assistance. We may offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.
Shipping Costs:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs; we do not provide return labels.
Address Errors:
- Ensure your address is correct at checkout. We cannot accommodate changes post-shipping. Notify us ASAP of any mistakes.
Delivery Issues:
- If your order is marked as delivered but not received, we may resend the order at our discretion, but refunds are not issued in this case.
Delayed Orders:
- We aim for timely deliveries, but cannot refund orders still in transit.
Clearance Items:
- Items marked as *Clearance* or *Final Sale* are non-refundable unless defective.
Welcome Email Coupon:
- Welcome coupon codes are valid for your second order only and cannot be applied retroactively.
