Important Information
Incorrect Address:
For George PTY LTD is not responsible for shipments that are undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information provided at checkout. We confirm the shipping information in the order confirmation email, and any costs to reship a returned package due to an address error will be invoiced to the customer.
Marked as Delivered:
If your package is marked as successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout but you have not received it, we will make every effort to assist. In such cases, at our discretion, we may offer a replacement but cannot issue a refund. Please contact us at support@forgeorge.com.au with your order details so we can help.
Import Taxes and Refusal of Packages:
For George PTY LTD is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees. If a package is refused or if no attempt is made to collect it, we reserve the right to abandon the package and are unable to issue a refund in these instances.
Return Policy
We’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that the items are returned in their original condition, free from cat hair, and in their original packaging.
